1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VEXNR.com and any purchase you make from us (together, the “Store”). By browsing the Store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Returns Policy, which form part of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Store.

If you use the Store for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company to these Terms.

2. Who can use the Store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order for you. You must give accurate information and use the Store only for lawful purposes.

3. Your account

You may need an account to use some features. Keep your login details secret and tell us at once at info@vexnr.com if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or that we reasonably believe is used for fraud or abuse.

4. Products and information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look different on your screen, and sizes may vary slightly from the listed measurements. Product descriptions and images are for general information. They do not replace the safety instructions that come with the product.

We may change, replace, or stop selling any product at any time without notice.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation, and not when you receive the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities, for reasons that include:

• the product is out of stock or no longer available;
• the price or product information contained an obvious error;
• we suspect fraud, resale abuse, or a payment problem;
• we cannot verify your details or deliver to your address.

If we cancel an order after you paid, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

6. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and can change at any time. A price change does not affect an order we have already accepted.

Payment is due when you place the order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and a third-party processor handles your payment details. You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you choose.

Taxes and duties: Where the law requires, sales tax or VAT is added at checkout. For international orders, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply when the parcel arrives. Unless we state at checkout that these charges are prepaid, you are responsible for them, and we cannot predict their amount.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the countries offered at checkout. Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier delays, weather, and holidays can lengthen them. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you gave us. Enter your address carefully, because we cannot redirect a parcel after it ships. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or an unclaimed delivery, we can reship it at your cost or refund the order minus the shipping cost.

Contact us at info@vexnr.com if your parcel arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive within a reasonable time.

8. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Returns Policy sets out how to return a product, the deadline, who pays return shipping, and how refunds are issued. It forms part of these Terms.

If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Nothing in these Terms limits that right or any other mandatory consumer right under your local law.

9. Warranty and defective products

We stand behind our products. If an item arrives defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will repair, replace, or refund it. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidents, or modifications. Your statutory consumer guarantees under local law stay in place.

10. Intellectual property

The Store and everything on it, including text, images, logos, product designs, graphics, and software, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell any of it without our written permission.

VEXNR and the VEXNR name and logo are our marks. Do not use them without permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law or the rights of others through the Store;
• buy products for resale in violation of our limits, or use bots or scripts to place orders;
• attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to reach;
• upload viruses or harmful code, or interfere with the Store’s operation;
• send spam, or post false, abusive, or misleading content;
• collect other users’ information without their consent.

12. Reviews and content you submit

If you post a review, photo, comment, or other content, you keep ownership of it. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, display, and distribute it in connection with the Store and our marketing. You confirm that you have the right to give this license and that the content is lawful and honest. We may remove content at our discretion.

13. Third-party services and links

The Store may link to websites and services we do not own, including payment processors, carriers, and social networks. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and under their terms.

14. Disclaimers

The Store is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that the Store will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not remove any right you have by law that cannot be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to cover and defend us, our affiliates, and our staff against claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Store.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except that:

• consumers in the EEA and the UK may also bring a claim in the courts of the country where they live, and keep the protection of mandatory consumer law there;
• before starting a formal claim, you agree to contact us at info@vexnr.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.

18. Electronic communications

By using the Store you agree that we may send you notices and order-related messages by email. We send marketing emails only if you opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version takes effect when we post it on this page with a new effective date. Orders placed before the change are governed by the Terms in effect at the time. Continued use of the Store after a change means you accept it.

20. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Returns Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Store.
• Severability. If a part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a right right away, we do not give it up.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of the business.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, carrier failures, war, or government action.
